What Happened?

On or about December 3, 2025, Richard S. Miller, Inc. (Miller Insurance Protection Team) detected/ became aware of unauthorized access within its network as a result of a cybersecurity incident. Upon learning of the issue, the company contained and secured the network and launched an investigation, working closely with third-party cybersecurity professionals. Following an extensive forensic investigation and manual document review, the company determined that certain personal information was included within data that was accessed and/or acquired by the unauthorized party. On April 10, 2026, Miller Insurance Protection Team confirmed the names and addresses of impacted individuals and the nature of the impacted data. The company reported that five (5) New Hampshire residents were affected. The company began sending notice letters to affected individuals commencing on May 8, 2026. A notification letter was submitted to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office dated May 8, 2026 (received May 13, 2026).
