What Happened?

On August 20, 2025, Bank3 identified suspicious activity involving unauthorized access to its systems. During this period, the unauthorized actor viewed or copied certain information. Bank3 then conducted a review to determine which data was affected and identified the categories of information involved. Bank3 began notifying impacted individuals by sending written notice letters; a sample notification letter is publicly available.
