What Happened?

On May 28, 2026, Manager on Call LLC discovered a security incident involving an email phishing/social engineering attack (using display name spoofing) directed at the company’s staff operations team. According to the company’s notice, a threat actor impersonated the company’s CEO, Cristina Heta, and sent an urgent request that caused company contractors to bypass the organization’s secured data transfer process and email employee W-2 files in response to the fraudulent request. The exposed W-2 tax data contained sensitive personal information. Manager on Call LLC disclosed the incident to government regulators, including filings to the New Hampshire and South Carolina attorneys general dated May 29, 2026. Manager on Call LLC began notifying affected individuals on May 28, 2026 (the same day it discovered the incident). Public reporting indicates at least four New Hampshire residents and one South Carolina resident were identified as affected in those state filings. The company characterized the incident as an isolated email social engineering event and stated its internal mail servers and databases containing client information were secure.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:

• "Full name";
• "Home address";
• "Social Security number (SSN)";
• "Calendar year 2025 wages (W-2 wage information)" .
