On December 19, 2025, the incident was reported to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, which indicated 232 Massachusetts residents were affected. On April 2, 2026, the ransomware group known as Akira posted on the Tor network claiming it obtained 63 gigabytes of data from the company, including information relating to employees and customers. An additional disclosure was filed with the New Hampshire Attorney General on April 27, 2026. Public reporting about the incident was published on April 16, 2026 and later updated on May 5, 2026. The company provided contact numbers for questions regarding whether an individual’s information was affected.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
