If you recently received a letter or an email from Lone Peak Psychiatry informing you that your sensitive personal and protected health information was compromised in a data breach, we would like to speak with you about your rights and potential legal remedies. What Happened?

On an as-yet undisclosed date, Lone Peak Psychiatry became aware of a data security incident that may have impacted patient information (the notice materials do not identify the specific systems affected). The company’s notification letter does not provide the date the incident occurred, how it was discovered, what internal databases or systems were affected, or the total number of individuals impacted nationwide. A regulatory filing dated April 13, 2026 was made with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, reporting that one Massachusetts resident was affected. As of April 7, 2026, Lone Peak Psychiatry began notifying potentially affected individuals by first-class mail. Lone Peak Psychiatry is offering 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring and fraud assistance through Cyberscout (a TransUnion company). Enrollment must be completed within 90 days from the date of the individual’s notice letter, and the dedicated assistance hotline (1-800-405-6108) is available for 90 days from the date of the letter.
