If you recently received a letter or an email from UEI College informing you that your sensitive personal information was compromised in a data breach, we would like to speak with you about your rights and potential legal remedies. What Happened?

On May 29, 2026, UEI College reportedly experienced a cyberattack that has been claimed by the threat actor known as “Termite.” At this time, UEI College has not officially confirmed the incident, and public details regarding how the attack occurred, what systems were affected, the scope of any unauthorized access, and the number of impacted individuals have not been specified. On June 4, 2026, the incident was publicly reported. Attorneys are investigating the matter for potential class action lawsuits and are seeking individuals affiliated with UEI College who believe they may have been affected. No information was provided indicating whether UEI College retained third-party forensic investigators, when UEI College became aware of the incident, when (or whether) individual notices were sent, or whether any filings were made with a state Attorney General or other government regulator.
